This is a good company if flexible work hours and an approachable management is your thing . If you take initiatives, recognition will always be there .
Learning and self development opportunities are less . Exposure tonnewnage technologies will also be limited . Make sure to do a lot of self learning .

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .

The management is really approachable and supportive. Client project are taken only after ensuring that we do have the skill and resource. Any new resource within UST will be onboarded to project only after doing internal interviews and ensuring resource will be capable to take up the work. Management is really approachable and open if we want to change technology or role.
Work life balance was not there in my account, but almost every other account had work life balance. So depends on the project that you are getting onboarded.

1. The company offers good projects to work on, but the work-life balance is average at best.
1. The appraisal process at the company lacks structure and clarity. Managers are unaware of the proper procedures, and both managerial and HR teams fail to take responsibility, often deflecting issues onto each other. 2. Managers and higher-level personnel, such as delivery managers and their superiors, lack sufficient technical expertise. Instead of providing meaningful support or solutions, they push employees to work under the same ineffective approach. 3. Employee queries are often met with hypothetical answers, and even when mistakes are on the client’s end, these managers avoid addressing them, instead prolonging the issue unnecessarily. 4. The leadership displays a typical service-class mindset, prioritizing prolonged projects to secure financial benefits rather than efficient delivery. Employees are not offered any perks, and basic gestures like acknowledging birthdays or anniversaries are overlooked. 5. The company's IT support is inadequate, with the IT team often lacking the necessary knowledge to resolve operating system-level issues effectively. 6. Overall, there is a pervasive lack of motivation to come to the office, driven by poor leadership, insufficient support, and an unengaging work environment. 7. The company claims to promote openness and transparency, but in reality, there is significant micromanagement.
