Useless company. Utter waste..management keeps crying for money in every monthly calls They quote high to the client for providing these many resources then cant fulfill the request and will keep bugging us to get resources for them

No projects here..simply all they do is politics and lie to the candidates about job openings to keep their presence in market. They will lie to the candidate about sending offer letter but never send..bcaz thier client dont trust them..for providing them with capable resources..they will make candidate lie in interviews to the client ..such disgusting ppl never seen in life

Overall the work environment is very good. Once an employee joins, you would be allocated to a project within an account depending on your skillset. The HR Policies are transparent and there is a good level of connection with the employees at the ground level. There are HR BSE's allocated to each account and one can reach out to theconcerned as per their convenience to address/sort out any prevalent issues. As long as allocated to a project within an account, there is job security. Once ramped-down, one shall be allocated to Talent Pool (TP - bench) wherein the Resource Management team will help get you mapped to a new account. One needs to clear role-based interviews to get mapped within 2 months in TP or a worse case, be requested to put down the paper. Personally, I haven't faced any issues yet. The Work Culture is quite vibrant and colorful. You have fun activities year-round. There is no use of Sir/ Madam and people address each other on a first-name basis right from the CEO to our colleagues. If you are working at main centers (UST Trivandrum, PSN- Bengaluru, etc), you can be part of activities by managing the work schedule. Not quite easy, if you are working at a client location at a far-off place. Still possible to be part of organizational activities (CSR: clean-up drives, school teaching, etc.) during the weekend. There are no cubicles and the office is structured openly to foster collaboration between any employees. USsociates are generally given complete ownership and responsibility to complete the tasks allocated to them. Also, one can seek and offer help to uplift the team which is appreciated by the management. The employee is given the power to set FAST targets for their performance of each assessment year and aim to match the target, these can be checked in and reviewed periodically, with feedback received from Managers or peers for overall growth.
