UST is like my second home. I have been part of this company for a long time and what makes me stay here is , the comfort I am getting while working.

Regarding salary hikes, it's is better compared to some other MNC s, but should be focusing on other benefits, festival bonuses etc.

When you at client side the salary and work life is outstanding but when it came to ust it's totally less

Low shift allowance and perks no such fun activities

Infrastructure is so good. If u don't want upskill means this is the place where u can enjoy

Worst corporate politics They can go any extreme to kick of someone if they don't like Favouritism is too much here No upskilling Don't ever go with contract here At first, They will promise to extend but it's all depend upon their mindset to extend or not
