I get to learn a lot here. The owner is not bossy, but is almost a friend for each of his employees. We all work together is one team, working towards a common goal. The working culture is friendly, yet not careless. The aim of everyone involved is not to make money, but build the careers of their students, and this kind of commitment is rare to find these days.

Dislikes

Well, the weekends are working, but that is only to be expected. A lot of our students are working professionals and can visit us only on weekends. But we do get weekly offs, plus the owner is not stingy about giving us leaves. So, all's good! :)

Work Details

I am the IELTS trainer here, plus the content editor. I am responsible for editing students' documents like Statements of Purpose, supplementary essays, Letters of Recommendation, etc. after a thorough brainstorming session with them.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
