They hardly care about the quality and quantity of the work. All they care about is personal relationships. They want you to attend out-of-office parties. I came from a very conservative family and being a girl from a rural area, I was scared of going to pubs and resto bars at night. I attended some parties in the beginning but was fed up with the stupidity of my male counterparts. I did not like the culture and resigned finally. Additionally, the HR, Namrata Nayak, contributes to the negative atmosphere. The management appears to prioritize money over employee well-being. I strongly advise avoiding this research firm.
