The research team is knowledgeable and well versed with the market research basics and in-depth knowledge of the methodologies and techniques. The work exposure has been excellent. For people who like to learn, there are ample opportunities to work on diverse range on research projects. Team leads and team heads are friendly and supportive, who invest valuable time in your growth, provide best guidance, and encourage you to take new challenges. You have their back if you are passionate and eager to learn.

Inconsistent salaries of employees at same role. This feels unfair and lack of transparency. Extended work hours on regular basis. No work-life balance. Poor project management and distribution of work/projects among teams. A lot of office politics and favors from higher management, especially above senior team leads. Impractical and non-viable expectations at work from higher management. Policies are changed and implemented without informing to employees. Seems like HR department is just for name's sake and someone else govern them for his benefits. No proper evaluation process for appraisals. Higher management never appreciate your hard work in any possible way. If you are close to higher management, you are best person.

Literally nothing to like about, Bhagwaan bharose hai ye company. Literally only God is helping them but don't know till when. To be precised all the Manager and upper level employees are not capable to work. They have 0 skills they just do anything and expect the same from their team. They are only capable of working in a data entry or BPO company. No exposure to technologies and tools, not even the basic ones. In this technological world you will have to do everything and literally EVERYTHING manually.

I would just say ignore this company, its better to be jobless than joining here. All the managers and so called heads are extremely egoistic and will torture you to the core if you say something against them even if it is true. You just can't criticize them, also they will make you sign tons of bonds which says if you ever say anything bad about the company you will be sued and also your name will be degraded against the future employers. YOUR FUTURE WILL BE FINISHED. ALL THESE THINGS HAVE HAPPENED WITH ALL THE EMPLOYEES. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE MADE UP BY THEM DON'T FALL IN THAT TRAP. THEY LITERALLY TERMINATE AND SUE EMPLOYEES JUST LIKE CHARACTERS GET KILLED IN GAME OF THRONES. DON'T EVEN THINK FOR A SEC NOT EVEN ABOUT THEIR FUTURE AND THEY WILL GIVE THE MOST SILLIEST REASONS FOR TERMINATION.

Very bad work culture. Favouritism. Performers are treated badly. Middle management favors people of their choice. Everyone is just struggling to survive.

The middle management favors people who are close to them. The employees are confused. No one knows what to do. Everything is in chaos. I resigned wilfully as I did not see the future because everything was just falling apart. The people who are still working for this company are there just because they are unable to find jobs anywhere else. Those who are active leave immediately.

They select the people based on financial condition and make them overwork. If you want to get selected then show them how poor you are and how badly you need this job. Highly jealous people.

It is indeed true that the existing employees work under immense pressure. They are working there due to financial problems and inability to find jobs in other companies. People in this organization are extremely frustrated due to their issues like financial problems and work pressure and they exert their anger on each other. I joined the company in the year 2022 and quit it in less than a year. One piece of advice for existing employees, Folks please keep searching for a job elsewhere or you will miss your LIFE!!!! And please don't be so envious of people who are from better financial backgrounds. You end up creating more enemies for yourselves due to this attitude and that is the reason you folks are still stuck up in this company. Explore!!!! Make connections!!!! Hunt for the jobs outside of this company!!!! Comfort zone is dangerous!!!!

The rule is very simple!!! Just be on good terms with your immediate bosses. Pretend as if you are one of them. Laugh at their stupid lame jokes. Attend the out-of-office parties with them and you can get away with anything!!! Absolutely anything. If you have a family, boyfriend, or girlfriend then don't disclose it to anyone at the office. These people target people who have a life outside of the office.

They hardly care about the quality and quantity of the work. All they care about is personal relationships. They want you to attend out-of-office parties. I came from a very conservative family and being a girl from a rural area, I was scared of going to pubs and resto bars at night. I attended some parties in the beginning but was fed up with the stupidity of my male counterparts. I did not like the culture and resigned finally. ONE IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL MY COLLEAGUES ------ GUYS GET A LIFE!!!!!!! And if someone has a life outside of the office please don't torture her!!!!!!
