Universal Adventures are scammers, why ? " I worked with Universal Adventures and unfortunately the experience was far from positive. They initially presented the role as an excellent opportunity, but the reality was constant work pressure in a highly toxic environment. They are following the exact model of Bigg Boss, the employees h ave to be on camera for full day, no toilet breaks, bad behavior, team morale was very low, and the management provided abusive support, which added to the stress. The Most Troubling part was unfair handling of employment terms<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. When it came time for salary distribution, they are firing employees like anything, you have a bad hairstyle you are fired, you have bad handwriting you are fired, these kinds of vague reasons were given to the employees, that felt unjustified</mark>. It's disappointing to see hard work and dedication treated this way. They are scamming their employees, they are scamming their customers i hope someone will address these issues, otherwise they will keep scamming more and more people."...Read More

Absolutely Pathetic, No work ethic and not a safe mental space. Pointers to know about how the company will treat you: 1. Will onboard you, promising a salary on the Offer letter which we will get post 2-3 months of probation period. After the probation period ends, they only increase 1-2000 Rs from what they were paying as a stipen d in probation. Lies about increasing it 2 months later, Will kick you off the company till then. 2. No policies for employees, Will scare everyone that they will kick the employees out of the company. It is mentioned by them that employees will have 2 days paid leave and cuts salary for even 1 day sick leave. 3. Managers are very unprofessional, they talk to the employees using cuss words. They are also super uncooperative towards the team. 4. HR would NEVER respond to any of the queries, They don't consider anyone important post onboarding. 5. They want people to take client calls at 4 in the morning, and 6 in the morning. If someone doesn't pick up the calls then, the managers will call you and tell you that your performance is not upto the mark, this can lead to termination. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Well any small scale startup sales department would be hectic but still there is always room for transparency and long term holistic growth if the founders themselves are self actualized enough to recognize this and build a vision centered on product not just monetary benefits. Here unfortunat ely an extremely profit driven and shady hierarchical structure exists where the employees feel miserable and everyday is survival of the fittest just to meet basic justification of salary of the month</mark>. Service given to customers based on promises are of average quality not good. The HR department is very deceptive and uses trainee advisors in OJT to get bookings without promise of pay if they don't achieve ever changing new OJT target for every new hire and fire trainee batch. Only 1 or 2 exceptional performers in any OJT may make it 1 or 2 years in this shady organization. The founders breathe out their shady mindset to Team leads and other heads so that no bottom to top employees can get their grievances solved and create a healthy work environment and all round skill development for every employee regardless of hierarchical position. Don't join this organization if looking to learn sales, marketing, operations for your long term career wise skill development, some of the heads and even the CEOs don't themselves know how to build effective long term company ecosystem combining business, innovation and human ethics holistically. One of the heads wasn't even sure of his position when a trainee asked TL whether that head is a ceo or sales or operations head. Almost Everything 1) Salary based on targets and attendance and board performance, they will treat you like a mouse on a cheese wheel looking to get consistent salary. 2) HR is very shallow and unaccountable. 3) only exceptional 1 % survive month by month. 4) No long term job security a nd low salary with very high workrate. 5) Training period timing is 10-7 but full-time timings are 9-9 so that you can achieve target which is subjective to change. 6) They take bookings from trainees and fire them before internship if they don't achieve target, take leaves and don't show great board performance handling the talktime, comments efficiently in their Mr. Agent App. 7) Total exploitative scam company no utility in joining this money or skill growth wise...Read More
