I did internship in that for 1 month in this time how I know all the details but one thing I know salary is good and they give job training also.

The only good part is about the people (team), they are super friendly, kind, helpful and would support you with process knowledge.

***ALERT*** I was working in Pune-based site in AOE-OPS (backend) Dept. Over here I would like to set names- Troy Ellis (AVP), Smittal Kolate (AM), Rojana Shaikh (TL) these people were my role models in my initial period. As time passed, I got to know their true identities. Being a Top Performer, Got recognized with RNR's. They laid off 300 people all of sudden stating Company Restructuring as a reason , unfortunately I was part of it. The main reason was something else, Smittal Kolate (AM) is an egoistic, immature, pathetic, incompetent leader who doesn't understands his role and always tries to dominate himself over the team and would poke his nose in every single individual's personal life, and the best part if anyone would try to cross-question he would put in all efforts to lay off that employee just to satisfy his EGO and guess what, nor the AVP or TL's would try to investigate the reality of the situation. HR's like (Pallavi Mishra) are another pathetic ruthless person. Too rude, unprofessional person would not care about the protocols. Apart from my department, I can see the people's are somewhat growing in career wise and personal.

Please don't come to windows engineering. Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts. Shifts are kind of he'll.If you are a married guy then,it's very difficult to manage family.There won't be any proper weekends and even weekends they are forcing us to work on things.without any comp Off or payment. Like the way trainings are held, like how people are treated. Work pressure is based on supervisors but, targets are achievable. Quality is the most important concern

There are some politics, happening internally something will push you to search a job elsewhere but when you search outside you'll feel you are in a better place

Very little n very less. Nothing much to talk abt.

This place doesn’t value hard work and dedication. People r busy in politics and less work🥹. M from Maharashtra but people in Hyderabad will still use there own language in the team discussions🙂‍↕️. They will not welcome u at all. My 3 other colleagues from north had same issue. They just wanna grow in south seems like. Worst piece was micromanaging.
