Please don't come to windows engineering. Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts. Shifts are kind of he'll.If you are a married guy then,it's very difficult to manage family.There won't be any proper weekends and even weekends they are forcing us to work on things.without any comp Off or payment.
