Ltd. doesn't provide essential documents to employees, including: - Offer letter - Joining letter - Confirmation letter - Experience letter - Salary slip # Employees are not provided with regular salary slips. # The company does not offer PF deduction benefits. # Employees arenot entitled to leave benefits. # Salary increments are minimal. # Bonus payments are inadequate. # Career growth opportunities are limited, leading to low job satisfaction. # The company does not provide a canteen for employees. # Employees are not offered Mediclaim benefits. # The quality unit lacks experienced and knowledgeable personnel. # There is lot's of internal office politics in between staffs, and toxic work culture, worst staff ever # When new employees request salary slips and documents as required, management responds with frivolous reasons, stating that they don't even provide documents to former employees, and sarcastically asks, 'What will you do with the offer letter? # If employees demands for salary slips and documents, management tells them to serve the notice period before leaving the company, promising to provide the documents afterward, However after serving the notice period, management refuses to give payment and documents to employees. # This is a newly established manufacturing firm with inadequate documentation processes and a significant backlog of pending work due to insufficient staff. # I would not recommend it to experienced candidates due to its current operational limitations....Read More
