Hi, its a great opportunity and challenge to work in Maldives as a teacher. Package, accommodation, teaching methodology, Maldivian are friendly as well helping at times of need. But, the view of job security is ? When Maldivian are qualified to teach or if the management decides, they will Chuck out. So, no job security in Maldives.
