I have joined this company as a Facility Manager in Noida Extension.Interview time HR and Owner told me my salary Rs.35,000/- and offer letter also provide me. After complete one month company give me Rs.25,000/- and offer letter not given me. I have asked hr to related my salary but she told me that I'm not told you that I given you Rs.35,000/-. HR words "U have any proof your salary I give you "Rs.35,000/-". I have told to hr I'm quite your company please give me my offer letter. She didn't respond me. Really this type of company not trusted. If anyone join this company u take risk. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
