I love my job. I am someone who want a balance between site work and office work. Here I am having that kind of a job.

Dislikes

Real talents and contributions are often goes unrecognized and lots of people from our team I have seen leaving the job and joined other firms finding that they are not recognized and rewarded. The increments and promotions have nothing to do with performance. Rather those who talks well are getting rewarded than those who works well.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
