From the day 1 you will listen words about removal of the job and threatening s from Manager.HR policies are not in a healthy way and reverting to ex employees is terrible.

The job is intresting and challenging. I learnt everything on the job as there is no formal training session.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
