Likes

There are a few people who are great team players to work with and they make working at Windalco a good place to be despite the poor enviroment.

Dislikes

Poor working area, they run the company on the bare necessaries, very little regards for workers, no training for workers, no help from the company for workers are their families, no pay increase, no benefits.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
