Nothing. No work as all projects are delayed by more than 4 years

Dislikes

Salary once in 3 months if lucky. The only work you have to do is to listen to complaints from clients every day for possession delay.

Directors are approachable. Old members are humble. Old School Culture.

Dislikes

Management's attitude towards running their company. Lack of responsibility. dependence on external parties for running the show. Lack of trust on their employees, who know what's best for them.

I'm proud of making the brand Tycoons, what it is now. It will be sad for me to see what it will become. I wish the management all the luck they need to steer the company and the brand through it's turbulent times to come in the future.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
