Compared to other organisation I think Tyco is having more work life balance culture but completely dependent on how you can manage to complete your task in a smarter way. On time salary.

Dislikes

Promotion culture is very poor. Very bad HR culture. Not having much job security. Yearly salary Incremental criteria is very poor. Organisation structure is not well defined and managed if someone left the organisation.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
