Likes

The manager was a delight to work with. The team was ok. Some were talented some were not. The hiring process was flawed which led to wrong kind of hiring

Dislikes

Delayed salaries since day one. No job security, one can be removed anytime if the founder wishes. encouraged working over time w/o additional pay. no sense of direction. no roles classification. micro management.
