They have supported during covid which difficult time. Given work from home.

Lot of blame game is going on. Other teams are always blaming faculties for their own failure. Senior management people are friends of director so he believes them blindly and running company without putting common sense. These people dont come to office and judge employee sitting remotely. There is no hikes from last 2 yrs. They are just giving false promises. NO TDS and PF deposited after asking many times to HR and MD.
