They have supported during covid which difficult time. Given work from home.

Lot of blame game is going on. Other teams are always blaming faculties for their own failure. Senior management people are friends of director so he believes them blindly and running company without putting common sense. These people dont come to office and judge employee sitting remotely. There is no hikes from last 2 yrs. They are just giving false promises. NO TDS and PF deposited after asking many times to HR and MD. See if you really want to waste you carrear than you can join hear...i worked hera as a graphic designer and the company sucks. You have to forget all your designing techniques that you have learned and work on a copy paste format creating power point presentations in which you have to copy and paste the learning data. Also they don't provide salaries on time. I left working on that office in November 2021, and i still haven't got my October and November months salary. Their are more 15 other peoples like me who haven't got their salaries.
