The children I taught and their improvements gave me the most job satisfaction.

Dislikes

I was the only teacher for all the classes in the school, so huge work pressure was there irrespective of salaries, since beginning lack of coordination with the main branch had been observed, after covid 19 pandemic the salary had been reduced and payment was also made in an irregular manner.

Work Details

Dealing with special needs children with hyperactivity was bit challenging. Different child with different learning requirements was also engaged me to think different methodology.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
