The company is open to innovation. It gives really a work environment to a Physical Educator. The training provided by the company gives lots of experiences to their trainee which makes them creative. Not up-to the mark but somewhere it gives a work-life balance.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
