Environment, HOD and their expectations, HR partiality, supporting who ever they like. First 7 months Deduct PF in salary bt till today we didn't get that . Whatever the emergency they don't like to relieve staff with 24 hours resignation. Worst management never got salary in time. Torture the staff by blaming and scolding every day. There is no gratuity, insurance.

Who have backup money with family to run they can choose like passionate without salary or DA ready to work means best place to work..... Do work without expectations like NGO not guarantee / fixed date of salary and even service every month many employee because of salary issues only moving or change job Because almost all of us dependent on regular monthly salary only to look after parents and wife and kids.....
