In my career i worked in several retail companies but Truefitt & Hill stands out, not just because of it's quality and how it helps in my owns self development but also for the way the company takes proper measures to take care of the employee's needs, specially in this time of Covid-19 crisis.

Dislikes

Nothing to be negative as such, but a note to self that this is not a place for lenient behaviour from employees, the company works for absolute stick SOPs for excellent quality.

As i had started my work life with TRUEFITT &HILL. So their advance training in the term of theoretical and practical helps a lot. I had started with the designation of GRE (Guest relation executive) and with my performance i got promoted to ASM (Asst. Store Manager) within 2 years of time. Your appraisal totally depend upon your performance. Its a good environment to work as you will learn new things get a good support from your superiors.
