I had great experience in Trizone info solutions. The work life balance was excellent, allowing for both professional growth and personal well being. The staffs and management were incredibly friendly, supportive. The office ambiance was pleasant, making it an enjoyable place to work. Overall it was positive and fulfilling experience.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
