Likes

Not good working environment and culture. Company policies and Rules very bad and not good to employee. Not give a good salary and every month 5 to 6 thousand cutting .not give bonus.other wise increment not give proper and every year. Time issues are very big problem but OT not given . And not given weekly off proper.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and managment doesn't address our issues salary and career growth is very slow its very bad company and very painfull for employee.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
