Be careful!! A familism management here, All seniors & hods are relative of director & management working on their relative basis. Not value of individuals workers. Only value for some old workers and they will compare you with old workers everytime within a week. They are not on their words, they can change their words anything & anytime. Very Disappointment of working culture.
