There has no job security .Anytime you may said by employer get out. The behaviour of employer is very rough. He does not respesct any employee even lady emplyee also .To much ladies employe work in the office. As per their nature they are quarlsom. Same as employer. Management mean employer. So anyone can understand about the function of management. Every time Management thinks an excuse that how to harash employees,how they have not to pay salary etc....Read More
