Likes

There are not much to like about working here. However, the flexibility in taking leave for urgent cases and medical claims are some of the attractive and useful criteria to be mentioned.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Despite giving the flexibility in leave and other benefits, the main focus of any employees is career growth and self development. I found these factors are not meet up here, at least in my case.

Work Details

To be honest, the job is quite boring for me, since, am doing the same day after day. And i couldn't find any opportunities to learn other than my responsibilities. I will suggest this company for those seek the same kinda work for years without boring.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
