I am getting to learn new products and new things every day here Tricentis. Along with regular QA of the products, I get on work on AWS, Microservices, Devops and CICD. The work is challenging and that's what keeps me going.

The over all experience has been great. Although there are many people within your team who reside at different locations in the world, there might be times when you might have to stretch your hours (but this is not the case on daily basis). The management structure is flat and well structured where you can easily reach out to your C-Suite executives very easily without any hesitation.

Dislikes

Nothing much. Just the flexi work hours could be a bit of a trouble, but you can always say a NO if the timelines don't suit you. Effectively communicating is the key!

I really like the work culture at Tricentis. Tricentis is a great place to work, learn and grow. You get lots of learning opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is great. Flat work structure and very less micromanagement. Comp & benefits is great. We had a comprehensive insurance this year and things are pretty great with the leadership effectiveness.
