There is no job security at all. If your contract is not going to extend. They r not going to tell upto last week. And it will become so frustrating for another job search. After joining I got laptop after 2 months. Which means your DOJ will start from that day.

No professionalism in the organization, team leads are responsible for the closures of the team and the team members will start sourcing by 11am and they will end the work by 5pm and after that they will chit chat untill the time is 7pm. If anyone is not giving closures, that month will be their last month. They will not give a breathing space to understand how things will work in that organization. It's not even worth of joining.
