The company gives good support to the employees for their any personal issues. The managers are supportive and encourage to learn new skills. The working hours are flexible based on your work you can leave home early or come late and the most important thing is the company is not toxic. Only reasons some employee leaves is due to better opportunity and more salary hikes.

Dislikes

Some managers are too pushy even call at 2:30 AM for not so priority tasks. The salary's are less as compared to other product based company.

The work culture is great. We get chances to visit other countries to attend the Sales and Marketing Summits yearly.

Dislikes

Salary is very less as compared to the market standard, commission is paid very little like penny, appraisals are given based on how strong the Manager is and he can fight for a 2 digit appraisal. Otherwise it is given in single digit as per global orders.
