Not everyone is coming to office. Work environment is kinda boring without engaging with colleagues. Distance is too long for me.

Likes

Job security was good and colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day. I do receive appreciations emails from my client, but they are unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire project support and distributions as manage day to day operations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
