Nothing, just D-class company to work. No Policies , total fraud company , please be aware before applying. You will find all low grade people who will not have any idea about IT in senior positions. One of the worst experiences you will have trust me. When ever you interact with seniors they will start giving their self dubba non stop. You will hardly see any employee working more than 2yrs, if he/she is more than 2yrs experience then consider they are not fit for other IT jobs or must be pet of some senior management. Proper Tech IT person cannot even work for more than a month in this company. Not even 1% scope for any Cloud technology. They consider them self as superior than AWS, Microsoft or GCP with their 9th grade products like Concierto or Extrica which never works....Read More

They always fool their clients by giving false promises like they will be using their products to complete clients requirements but in practical they do it manual like the way we used to work in cloud environment 4-5yrs back. If you want to end your IT carrier then also please don't consider this company. out of 1500 employees thiscompany has, 1000+ employees have fancy designations like Directors or Associate directors , all are in leadership roles. I don't understand one thing , hardly they have 2clients and remaining 4-5projects which they have SOW of 4-6weeks for this kind of projects they have huge leadership roles who are just doing timepass . They will hire you for 3-4 weeks project , once its done you will be fired immediately. if your lucky you will land in a project for 8-10 months duration( like i did) but its a once in a life time opportunity, which will never happen in future as all old clients are not willing to continue with Trianz, due to their false promises or fraud things they do. All projects or clients which are declined by remaining service based companies might land up with Trianz. Clients who doesn't have any other options , when all hopes gets closed by other vendors then they will land up with Trianz. But that will also comes to an end when they see Trianz leadership and brainless polices and in middle it self they will end their contract. No ethics , 0 job guarantee , Hire and fire policy.
