Who is working in Manyata tech park as a operations manager is worst Shivu kumar. He will see his own security and for his own vehicles we have to give short routes our vise he will make issue upon Site incharge

Dislikes

Shivu kumar purchased 2 new vehicles for that vehicles we need to give only short routes and evening time he will come for deployment he will make issue in deployment and he will tell me to solve the issue. Management will not support to Supervisors and site Incharges problem 18hours we need to work there and every week Saturday meeting will be there in that meeting there is no new issues no new matters same matters will repeat in next week and continuesly we have to go at 10am morning meeting will be end at 3Pm from 10am to 3pm we need to stand and listen we guys will not take breakfast and lunch they also know that we didn't taken the food but also thay will tell to wait and again Sunday we need to go for site to deployment the routes there is no week off and timing in this company. No proper salary. No value for employees. More working hours 15-18 hours, they will treat like a donkeys they won't give the salary after resignation for notice period

Managers will use bad words, there is no facilitys for employees like ESI, EPF, insurance, worst worst company in my life and they won't give the amount properly to the cab drivers.

No value for employees, they will cheat in the salary no proper salarys provided. No proper Vehicle billing, fraud people's, worst company managers will use bad words to the employees and Management also, there is no week off, 365 days duty,
