I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Dislikes

The salary part is a bit tricky currently as the company is in expansion phase. Sometimes you will be getting the salary at a very late interval of the next month and it might create some issues at your end. The HR is non-existent in the company and the way they talk is very rude at times. The rest is ok and upper management is very lenient towards the new faces.
