Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

In OJT only they will provide you with pathetic leads and customer want even listen to you after listening to topprsIf you don’t clear your OJT you will be thrown out without even getting a single penny they will make you work for complete 12 hours in a day with 100 calls per day and if you don’t achieve there target then you won’t get weekoff aswell

It was a horrible experience over there.its having no job security. They didn't tell you the reason and will just remove you from workspace and then block you from everywhere so that you can contact them even. RM knows nothing. Poor management. No job security. Did not even pay the notice period salary.
