Stagnant pay scale poor growth Management lacks in process related knowledge and employee satisfaction. Exit process is quite rigid. Management believes in quantity of work and not quality. Lacks in appreciating employees for good work.

The shift is 1:30 to 9:30 and 6 days working. Sometimes they ask you to work on sundays as well and you cant refuse. So No work life balance.
