The company is the best in my life span and the company is open innovation and always adopts highest technology.I am very much proud to be a part of the Company. The main plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural background and I worked witn them happily. Organisational behaviour and management of this company is very adoptable and appreciable.

Dislikes

The work pressure of this company is very high,sometimes I have to work more than 14 hours straight in day as I have to attend clients call for billing and HR issues. I do receive appreciation calls and mails from Clients.The company managers do not value an individuals for this I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as I have look after all the HR Administration ,site transportation and IR and site accounting activities.On the basis of my research it is very difficult to manage all the activities.But I stay alert in all
