I would like to bring attention to Mr. Byomakesh Mohanty, The Current GM (Purchase) at Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd., He is an unprofessional manager who fails to make effective decisions, Resorts to unnecessarily pointing out mistakes of subordinates, and uses foul languages in the work place. His behavior has led to a high attrition rate in the purchase department. Despite this, the HR team has not taken any action to address the issue. Moreover, exit employee's final settlements (F&F) are being withheld, which is a violation of labour laws.
