The exposure for learning and taking decisions is a major advantage.

The working hours were not at all adhered.The workload as per the experience of personnel is exponentially high. The salary and other perks as per the workload is meager. The organization structure and the roles & responsibilities are not properly defined and are changed frequently.

I would like to bring attention to Mr. Byomakesh Mohanty, The Current GM (Purchase) at Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd., He is an unprofessional manager who fails to make effective decisions, Resorts to unnecessarily pointing out mistakes of subordinates, and uses foul languages in the work place. His behavior has led to a high attrition rate in the purchase department. Despite this, the HR team has not taken any action to address the issue. Moreover, exit employee's final settlements (F&F) are being withheld, which is a violation of labour laws. I strongly advice professionals to reconsider joining his team or this division, As the work environment and management practices fall short of industry standards....Read More
