There is nothing you can like about working with this company. There is no job security, they only except you to come on time and just keep on working. They make you work even after office hours. There is no Saturday off in fact they force you to work on Sunday too without paying you any extra. They are going to make you sign bond so you can't even leave the company. You won't find any old staff there as they behave very rudely with staff and even use bad words. In the beginning the management (which is just one person) is going to make you feel like you are too important for them and once you submit your documents and sign the bond they are going to start behaving rudely and start using bad words. During Covid-19 lockdown they made me work from home and even asked me to come office after lockdown but they did not pay me anything for 3 months so ultimately I had to leave the company....Read More

As far as company policies is concerned there is nothing as such coz they are changed as per the management (which is just one person). You can not learn anything as the guy who thinks he is the management and knows everything (the fact is he knows nothing), is going to make you work as per his will. You are not allowed to use internet in the company. There is nothing nothing called appraisal as sometimes it is done in 2 year or sometimes 4 years. Forget about career growth if you plan to work for this company. You are not even allowed to talk to teammates if you do then you have to explain what you were talking about....Read More
