My overall experience working with Tipstat is quite good, the team is supportive, you are given ample opportunities to grow and the cherry on the cake is to get to learn about new technologies and work outstanding on client projects.

The option to work from home, as per my preference and deliver something on time gives me the liberty to perform my personal work as per my convenience thereby maintaining a work life balance. The managers are super friendly. You will recieve the salary DOT ON TIME. They amount of learning you get is immense from the ample amount ofproject exposure you get in the company. Tipstat pay structure is biased. They tend to hire less experienced and less problem solving person at triple the amount they pay me being a much more experienced and loyal employee to the company. Its not that i need that extra money which ofcourse if i get it would help ease up my life, but just that it hurts being a loyal employee to the compant. The job is quite interesting here in the first week on joining they gave me challenge and I successfully completed it. In short span on time they offered me lead positions and they trust me like a family member.
