...nience thereby maintaining a work life balance. The managers are super friendly. You will recieve the salary DOT ON TIME. They amount of learning you get is immense from the ample amount of project exposure you get in the company. I have been working on challenging projects since i joined and it feels exciting. They have a proper leave policy and everything which gives you a proper work culture to maintain with.

Dislikes

Tipstat pay structure is biased. They tend to hire less experienced and less problem solving person at triple the amount they pay me being a much more experienced and loyal employee to the company. Its not that i need that extra money which ofcourse if i get it would help ease up my life, but just that it hurts being a loyal employee to the compant. This is the only thing that i think is the negative aspect of the company. Other than this, i dont see any flaw in the company.

... on time most of the time, thus, making it less burdensome for project managers. Plus, HR is quite supportive and salary always comes on time.

The company has allowed everyone to work from home. Where other companies are deducting some percent of their employee salaries, at Tipstat, we are getting full salary on time. I am certain that I have made the right decision to join this company.

Work report seems like a challenge but that's important to keep track of the work to make future progress.

They have a unique culture where they actively involve developers for creating project/sprint/other deliverable deadlines. This helps in meeting most of the deadlines on time or we see a very small delay because of this approach.

Team interactions can be improved, so that we get to interact and know each other better.

Tipstat is one of the best companies that I have worked with. They believe in professionalism and work culture is very cool here. Always get rewards and appreciation for your efforts in right way. Alok and Abhishek are so cool and kind guys.
