I was overworked at an extremely low salary which was below the minimum wage and was learning stuff on my own as the staff was old in age and were scared for some reason and high ego.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
