There is no job Security infact the owner has removed employees without notice period. The owner has no respect for his employees. The work culture is worst. There are no company policies. The management is led by the owner's friend and she is a lady who is interested in creating friction among the employees.

Thinktrek Solution is partnership firm based in mumbai. They are dealing in womens wear. Work envoirnment is lil bit good. Teammates are supportive but management work li " Hum kre so kayda ". Company policies are depend on boss requirement. Appraisals are depended on boss mood. Last 2 -3 year there are no apperesal. They are never offer bonus. There are no pf deduction.
