Leadership team is terrible, words of few people are valued more than whole team so you just suffer all the things that comes to you from those bunch of people it can be physical and verbal abuse as well be prepared you cant do anything against it and there is no learning they don't have enough projects and has a lot of people.

Due to my lead was good I got to learn so much in project, he helped and supported me. Its WFH.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Important cons is job is not secured, if they hired you today they can lay you off withing a week as well because they are changing project structure. Due to project restructuring they have laid off 80% people from the company who were working sincerely. Now they are only hiring people from Us or canada, not from india anymore.

1. The amount of medical insurance covered in the package provided by the organisation is significantly less. 2. There can be a more attractive medical insurance policy package for parents. 3. Some relevant certified courses and trainings can be provided by the organisation to the employees for free.

Here everyone gets the freedom to how they wanna get work done (within the deadline that is not flexible anywhere) But you can try your own different approaches to solving the problem, You can try new things. flexible work hours - you have to complete your assigned work within the deadline and you can complete that within your timeline.
