Leadership team is terrible, words of few people are valued more than whole team so you just suffer all the things that comes to you from those bunch of people it can be physical and verbal abuse as well be prepared you cant do anything against it and there is no learning they don't have enough projects and has a lot of people.

Due to my lead was good I got to learn so much in project, he helped and supported me. Its WFH.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Important cons is job is not secured, if they hired you today they can lay you off withing a week as well because they are changing project structure. Due to project restructuring they have laid off 80% people from the company who were working sincerely. Now they are only hiring people from Us or canada, not from india anymore.

No promotions, no salary appraisal, no work appreciation. Too much favoritism and employees who joined here before covid are given leadership roles and the new joiners are not given their moment to shine. The top leadership people seriously need to think on their long term vision for the company. Only "Work from home" policy can't be your only perk given to employees.

The Management which is least bothered about employees and their well being, HR team is top on all of this and since they are close with Management their AI responses during firing is a good humour. All positive reviews you find here and every site is from old timers pushed by their DU's and HR's else nothing is true.

CEO & CTO are non available. Management & HR family bonding is worse in killing people. No worklife balance No projects Management does not even know who works in the project and what work they do but they end up questioning status alone and show higher up the team is not performing. I may not have high experience but this management is utter useless and they don't go out of the company because with their attitude they wont find job anywhere else 100% so they safe guard their post by killing others in being under the pants of higher managements.
