Leadership team is terrible, words of few people are valued more than whole team so you just suffer all the things that comes to you from those bunch of people it can be physical and verbal abuse as well be prepared you cant do anything against it and there is no learning they don't have enough projects and has a lot of people.

Work from anywhere. Laptop policy. Paid leaves. Work environment. Support by the leader and always focus on a growth mindset. Flexible timing of work. Good pay and hike. Smooth onboarding process. Collaboration with the leader of the company while Work From Office. Good infrastructure and design of the office. Work-life balance is good but it depends upon the projects.

Dislikes

As the job is completely remote there will be less engagement with colleagues unless you have daily calls.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
