Ratings are based on an individuals perspective, maturity and current stage of one's career. Overwhelming % of the population is in between 3-8 Years of work experience. So, from a perspective of a working professional in that bracket of experience I rate Thinkbridge right at the top in terms of opportunity, compensation, growth and exposure. I have seen 4-6 Years of experience professionals deliver outcomes and value for clients that an average Joe delivers in 10-12 Years. Why so? Opportunity to scale and exposure is very high.
