Work life balance, the timing is flexible. Saturday and Sunday is off. Good pay but no other benefits for contract employees.

The way they treat the contract employee is not good. At least a respect is expected. They've hurted mentally and emotionally.

The worst thing ever done is reporting to US managers, most of them lack sense of direction and purpose. There is a lot of favourite-ism and Indians are not valued or respected. Any ideas you share, these US managers will take credit for them from higher management, no wonder the company is so far below with NPS.
